This page is the honest version: what is finished, what we are working on this month, and when it opens to everyone. No part of the product is described here as though it exists when it doesn’t.

What’s built, and what isn’t
Everything marked ready is running today for the studios already on it — most of it is drawn screen by screen in the tour on the home page.

Setting your studio up
A wizard takes you from an empty account to a live booking site: your studio details and branding, your Stripe account, your domain and sending address, your staff, then your services, prices and hours. Every step stays editable in settings afterwards.

Schedule, bookings and waitlists
Recurring and one-off classes, capacity per class, cancellations, and a waitlist that offers the freed spot to the next person.

Online payments
Card through your own Stripe account, straight to your own bank. Interac, cash, cheque and account credit sit in the same ledger, with receipt numbers, refunds and an Excel export.

Memberships
Monthly plans that bill on their own cycle and add that cycle’s credits: unlimited, credit-based, or capped per week. Past-due members are flagged on the roster.

Upload sessions, group them into collections, and set who can watch: everyone, members, or named clients. Class recordings attach to the class they came from.

A CSV importer written against the Mindbody, Momence and Arketa exports. It matches the columns itself, carries unused class packs over, and shows you what it found before it writes anything.

Getting the first studios running
The wizard does the setup; we do the rest of it. The questions it doesn’t answer, the Stripe details, the first month of real bookings — we stay with each studio through that, which is why invites go out in small groups.

Fixing what the first studios hit
The list of what to change comes out of real weeks in real studios rather than a roadmap meeting. A studio using Movently is the reason for most of what ships.

Polishing the screens you open every day
The schedule, the client list and the payments ledger go back through the shop: fewer clicks to do the ordinary thing, faster pages on a phone, and the details that only turn up once a real week runs through them.

Reports your bookkeeper asks for
Payments already export to Excel line by line. What is being added is the summary on top: revenue by service, taxes collected, and how much unused credit you still owe at the end of the month.

Published pricing
Plans and prices are not set yet, and we would rather set them with the studios using the product than announce them at you. Beta studios are quoted directly in the meantime, and you will know your price before anything is charged.

Clinics and private practice
One-on-one appointments the way a clinic runs them: practitioners with their own calendars, treatment types with their own durations, and notes attached to the client rather than to a class.

Insurance receipts
Receipts a client can send to their insurer — the practitioner’s name and licence number, the treatment given, the amount paid — produced from the appointment instead of typed out afterwards.

Paying your team
What each instructor is owed, worked out from the classes they actually taught: a rate per class, a rate per head, or a share of what the class took, totalled for the pay period and exported.

Fixing
A studio’s busiest season, run on Movently. What that turns up gets fixed rather than filed, and nothing new goes in that wasn’t already promised.

Launch
Published prices, signup without an invite, and no waiting list.

About the beta
Is my studio’s data safe on software this new?
Movently never stores any card data, and no transactions go through us — card payments run through your own Stripe account. Your studio’s own data is stored securely, and you can pull a full copy of it out at any point by asking. What "beta" means here is that you may find a rough edge before we do, not that anything is temporary.
What does the beta cost?
A flat monthly amount, agreed with you when we invite you. Published prices are not set yet — that is why there is no number on this page — but the beta is not free, and you will know exactly what yours is before anything is charged, with the room to say no. Note that Stripe still charges its own processing fee on card payments, as it would on any platform — that fee is Stripe’s, not ours.
What do you do with my email address?
We write to you when an invite is ready. It is not sold, not shared with anyone, and not added to a newsletter. Reply to any message from us and you come off the list. See the privacy policy for the full version.
Can I bring the clients and packs I already have?
Yes. Export your client list from Mindbody, Momence or Arketa and upload the CSV; the importer matches the columns and carries unused class packs over, attached to the right client by email. Entering your schedule and prices is an evening or two on top of that, and most studios run both platforms for a few weeks before cancelling the old one.
What if I’m not ready to move for a year?
Join the list anyway and say so when we write. There is no clock on the invite, and telling us "not until the summer" is more useful to us than silence.
