One studio, one subscription
Movently exists because running a small studio should not mean paying four companies to keep the week organised.
Why this exists
Studio software is expensive, and it is rarely one thing. A platform for the bookings, a builder for the website, somewhere to put the videos, a tool to send the reminders. Four subscriptions, four prices, and the studio still has to keep them agreeing with each other.
Movently was built to be one of them instead of four. The schedule, the payments, the memberships, the video library and the site your clients book on are the same product, on one bill.
That is also what will decide the price. A flat monthly amount a one-room studio can carry, printed on the site, with no quote and nothing to negotiate. We haven’t set it yet — we’d rather work it out with the studios in the beta than announce a number at them.
It should stay out of the way
Studio software is infrastructure, not a destination. If you are thinking about Movently during a class, something has gone wrong.
The price will be the price
One monthly amount, printed on the site once it is set, with no quote, no annual commitment and no per-location surcharge. Until then we say we don’t know rather than putting up a number we’d have to take down.
Built for small studios
One instructor, or a team of five sharing a room. What gets built is what a studio that size uses every week, not what a chain’s head office asks for.
Your name on it, not ours
Your clients should see your studio, at your own address, with your logo on it.
