In beta — opening to studios in groups

Bookings, payments and memberships,
in one place.

Movently is booking software for yoga, pilates and dance studios. Your clients book and pay on a site with your name on it, and you run the schedule, the payments and the memberships from a single admin. It’s built, and we’re letting studios in a few at a time.

One subscription

Everything a studio pays for, on one subscription.

A booking platform, a website, somewhere to host video, something that sends the reminders. Each one is its own subscription. Movently is all of them.

One product from the first booking to the receipt, with nothing to keep in sync.

Inside Movently

The screens you’ll use every week.

The app itself, drawn on the page and filled with one example studio’s week. Every screen below is built and running today.

  1. Booking page

    Clients book and pay online

Publish a class and it shows up on your booking page. A client picks a time, pays by card, and the spot is theirs. There is nothing for you to confirm by hand.

    • Card payment at the time of booking
    • Drop-ins, class packs, memberships and video
    • The spot is held as soon as payment clears
  2. Dashboard

Your numbers without running a report

Revenue, bookings, active members and fill rate are on the first screen after you sign in, beside the classes you are teaching this week.

    • Revenue and bookings for the period
    • Upcoming classes and how full each one is
    • Recurring revenue and active members
  3. Memberships

Monthly plans that bill on their own

A membership charges on its own cycle and adds that cycle’s class credits automatically. Late payments show up on the roster, so you find out before someone stops showing up.

    • Unlimited, credit-based, or capped per week
    • Credits that roll over between cycles
    • Past-due members flagged automatically
  4. Schedule

    Recurring classes and waitlists

Build the week once and let it repeat. Set the capacity per class, and when someone cancels, the waitlist offers the spot to the next person in line.

    • Recurring and one-off classes
    • Capacity and a waitlist on every class
    • Who is booked in, shown on the block
  5. Video

    Recordings and on-demand programmes

Upload your sessions and group them into collections. You decide who gets access: everyone, members only, or specific clients. A class recording can go to the people who missed it.

    • Collections that grant several videos at once
    • Free, members-only, or named-client access
    • Recordings attached to the class they came from
  6. Payments

Every payment method in one ledger

Card, Interac, cash, cheque and account credit all land in the same list, each line with a receipt number. Refund from the row, and export to Excel when your accountant asks.

    • Card payments through your own Stripe account
    • Offline methods tracked next to cards
    • Receipts, refunds and Excel export
The client side

What your clients see.

Your booking site carries your name, your logo and your colours, at your own address. Publish a class and it appears there; someone books and it is on your calendar. Most people will open it on a phone, so that is what it was built for.

  • {slug}.movently.studio, or your own domain
  • Drop-ins, packs, memberships and video programmes
  • In French or English, depending on the client
Where we are

The product is built. We’re opening it slowly.

Everything on this page is running today. We take studios on a few at a time so each one gets a proper start. You set your own studio up: a wizard walks you through your branding, your Stripe account, your schedule and your prices, and we stay reachable the whole way — while you set up, and long after you go live.

  • A setup wizard takes you from an empty account to a live booking site

  • Support from us throughout, not only in the first week

  • A flat monthly price, agreed with you before anything is charged

Questions

The ones we get most often.

When can I actually use it?

That depends on the group. We invite studios a few at a time so we can stay close to each one through its first weeks. Setting the studio up is something you do yourself in the wizard — your branding, your Stripe account, your staff, your schedule, your prices and your client list — and we are on the other end of an email the whole way through. Join the list and we will write to you when there is room in the next group; the product opens to everyone in early 2027.

What will it cost?

We have not published prices, and we are not going to guess at one here. It will be a flat monthly amount with nothing taken from what your clients pay — card payments go through your own Stripe account and into your own bank, and we add no fee on top of Stripe’s. Beta studios pay for it like anyone else: we agree your price with you when we invite you, and nothing is charged before you have said yes to it.

Can I bring my clients across?

Yes. Export your client list from the platform you’re on and upload the CSV. Movently reads the exports from Mindbody, Momence and Arketa, matches the columns itself, and shows you what it found before anything is written. Unused class packs come across the same way, attached to the right client by email. Entering your schedule and prices is an evening or two on top of that, and most studios then run both platforms for a few weeks before they cancel the old one.

What do you do with my email address?

We write to you when an invite is ready, and that is the whole of it. It is not sold, not shared, and not added to a newsletter. Reply to any message from us and you come off the list.

Join early access.

Leave your email and we’ll write when there’s room in the next group — with your price, before anything is charged.

One email when an invite is ready for you. Nothing else — no newsletter, and we don’t pass it on.
